河北省医疗费用分析及控制对策研究

ANALYSIS OF MEDICAL EXPENDITURE AND ITS CONTROL COUNTERMEASURES IN HEBEI PROVINCE

目的通过分析河北省及周边省市医疗费用现状,探讨控制河北省医疗费用增长的相关对策。方法利用卫生部发布的近些年《卫生统计提要》和相关医疗数据,对河北省和周边省市的卫生资源和医疗费用进行比较分析。结果河北省卫生资源相对短缺,医疗费用增长较快,医疗费用支出占居民消费支出比重为全国最大。结论河北省应从增加政府购买卫生物品支出、提高卫生专业技术人员整体素质、健全社区服务体系、加快医药流通体制改革和加强全民健康教育等方面控制医疗费用不合理增长。

Objective To analyze the medical expenditure in Hebei province and some other around provinces, and to discuss some countermeasures of controlling the increase of medical expenditure. Methods Using some data, compare the health resource and medical expenditure of Hebei and other provinces. Re- suits In Hebei province, there was a lack of some health resource, the medical expenditure was increases rapidly, and the payment proportion of medical expenditure in Hebei province was the maximum in China. Conclusions In order to control the increase of medical expenditure, there should increase purchasing the payment proortion of public health goods, improve the quality of health technical personnel, sound community service system, speed up the reform of the pharmaceutical circulation system and strengthening the health education of the whole people.
