微信公众平台在高校图书馆的应用研究——以“211工程”高校图书馆为例

Study on Applications of We Chat Public Platform in University Library:Case Study of University Library of “211 Project”

[目的/意义]调查"211工程"高校图书馆的微信公共平台服务现状,为高校图书馆规划、建设、运营微信公众号平台提供参考。[方法/过程]对109所"211工程"高校图书馆微信公众平台进行调查,分析高校图书馆开通微信公众平台的优势和建设现状,指出其运营中存在的不足,并提出合理化建议。[结果/结论]高校图书馆应及时开通微信公众平台,重视微信公众平台的运营,加强人才建设和管理,实现微信公众平台与图书馆服务有机融合。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to study status quo of WeChat public platform in university library of ＂211 Pro- ject＂, so as to offer reference for university library to plan, construct and operate WeChat public platform.[Method/process]The paper surveys WeChat public platforms of 109 university libraries in ＂211 Project＂, analyzes the advantages of opening a Wechat public platform and status quo of their construction in university library, points out the shortcomings in their operation, and puts forward some rationalization advice.[Result/conclusion]University library should open WeChat public platform in time, attach importance to opera- tion of the platform, strengthen construction and management of talents, so as to realize organic integration between WeChat public platform and library service.
