摘要
目的探讨手厥阴心包经"募络配穴"针刺干预对急性缺氧应激损伤的影响及其作用机制。方法采用常压密闭缺氧和高原低压缺氧实验动物模型,观察穴位针刺干预对常压密闭缺氧实验小鼠存活时间;检测高原低压缺氧实验大鼠血清LD、MDA含量和LDH、SOD活性,并观察对模型大鼠心脏组织显微结构的影响。结果针刺干预膻中、内关有明显的抗缺氧作用,与对照组比较,可显著延长常压缺氧小鼠的存活时间,降低大鼠血清LD、MDA含量、LDH活性,升高SOD活性,改善心肌组织结构。结论针刺膻中、内关,具有提高实验动物缺氧耐受的作用,能预防高原缺氧对机体的损伤,可能与血清SOD活性提高、膜脂质过氧化产物MDA含量降低、机体乳酸积累减少有关。为"募络配穴"治疗缺氧相关疾病提供了依据。
Objective To discuss the effect of pericardium meridian "Combination of Mu and Luo Acupoints"on acute hypoxia stress injury and its mechanism. Methods Using experimental animal model of normal pressure airtight hypoxia and plateau low pressure hypoxia. To observe the survival time of mice after acupuncture intervention for normal pressure airtight hypoxia. To test the serum LD MDA content and LDH SOD activity in experimental mice of plateau low pressure hypoxia and to observe the influence on the myocardial ultra- structure. Results The acupuncture intervention RN17 and PC6 acupoint showed obvious effect on hypoxia. To compare with control group. It significantly prolonged the survival time of the mice underwent normal pressure hypoxia. It reduced the serum LD MDA contents and the activity of LDH. Moreover,it increased the SOD activity. It could improve the structure of myocardial tissue. Conclusion The acupuncture RN17 and PC6 acupoints can increase the hypoxia tolerance and prevent the body injury because of plateau hypoxia. It may be related to the increase of SOD activity in serum,the MDA contents decrease in membrane lipid peroxidation and the lactic acid accumulation of body. It provides the basis for "Combination of Mu and Luo Acupoints"treating oxygen related diseases.
