青海省医疗机构负责人对分级诊疗制度满意度调查分析

The satisfaction survey on Hierarchical Medical System to the heads of the medical institutions in Qinghai province

目的了解青海地区不同区域、等级医疗机构负责人对分级诊疗制度满意度情况。方法应用访谈和问卷定量、定性相结合的研究方法对相关问题进行评估。结果不同区域医疗机构负责人对本机构地方卫生机构对上转病人、下转病人的监管程度的满意度不同(P<0.05);不同等级医疗机构负责人对本机构地方卫生机构对下转病人的监管程度的满意度不同(P<0.05);不同等级医疗机构负责人对本机构下转患者可能存在的问题、对本机构基层医疗卫生机构医疗卫生人员配置现况评价均不同(P<0.05)。其余结果满意度相同,均为满意。结论医疗机构负责人对分级诊疗制度满意度较好。但对不同区域、不同等级医疗机构卫生人员配备、下转病人的监管,以及上转、下转等情况满意度不同。

Objective To understand the degree of satisfaction on hierarchical medical system（ HMS） to the heads of medical institutions at different region of Qinghai province. Method The quantitative and qualitative methods were integrated including interviews and questionnaire research to evaluate the related issues about HMS. Result The degree of satisfaction on supervising the patients shifting to the higher level hospital or lower medical units showed statistical differences（ P〈0. 05） by the heads of the local health authorities; The degree of satisfaction on supervising the patients shifting to the lower medical units showed statistical differences（ P〈0. 05） by the heads of the local health authorities; the possible problem concerning the patients shifting to lower medical units and evaluation on the medical and health personnel configuration status in grass roots showed statistical differences（ P〈0. 05） by the heads of the local health authorities. Conclusion The heads of the local health authorities are satisfied with the HMS. But there are showing different satisfaction degree about supervising the patients＇ shifting and the medical and health personnel configuration status.
