摘要
在矿渣粉磨过程中添加助磨剂是增加其比表面积、提高其活性的行之有效的方法,但目前常用的助磨剂大多是针对矿渣水泥的助磨剂,对于矿渣的单独粉磨缺乏系统的研究。本试验提供了一种针对矿渣微粉的助磨剂HY-KF,能够改善矿渣的易磨性,同时可以提高矿渣微粉的活性。应用于工业生产中,HY-KF矿渣微粉助磨剂能使水泥中矿渣的掺量最高达到70%,并且能提高水泥强度,同时可以降低水泥的生产成本,具有显著的经济效益。
It is an effective method to increase the specific surface area and the activity of slag in slag grinding process. However, the most commoniy used grinding aids are slag grinding aids for slag cement and lack of systematic study of separate grinding of slag. This study provides a grinding aid HY-KF for slag powder, which can improve the slag grindability and improve the slag powder activity. HY-KF slag powder grinding aids can make the content of slag in cement up to 70%, which can improve the strength of cement and re- duce the production cost of cement with significant economic benefits at the same time.
