摘要
威顿水泥集团有限责任公司水泥磨系统原为Φ3.8m×13m闭路水泥磨系统,2012年由中材装备粉磨公司对该系统进行了增加辊压机预粉磨设备的技术改造,采用了半终粉磨的工艺设计。改造后整个系统运行产效果不佳(产量低、电耗高),后通过工艺操作调整和设备改造达到了设计产量要求,详细介绍公司水泥磨系统改造后采取的提产降耗措施。
Weidun Cement Group Co., Ltd. had a closed cement grinding system with φ3.8m×13m m mill, in 2012, Sinoma Equipment Company change it to pre-grinding semi-finished grinding system by adding roller press. After the transformation, the running effect of the whole system is bad as low output and high power consumption, and by process opration adjustment and equipment alteration, the design output is achieved. The measures is introduced in detail.
