原料磨基础振动的分析和处理

摘要 Hocilm在厄瓜多尔的某405000t/d水泥生产项目,原料磨为莱歇LM 56.473立磨,磨机运行中基础外侧的螺栓陆续断裂,尽管进行了修复,但效果不理想。分析原因为基础框架和混凝土接触不实及螺栓紧固力不够,通过凿除部分基础和重新二次灌浆等处理,各个指标稳定,达到了技术要求。 The raw material mill of the 4 500 t/d cement production project of Hocilm in Ecuador is LM 56.473 roller mill, and the out- board bolts of foundation broke one by one in production, and despite the repairment, but the effect is not ideal. The reasons are anal- ysed as the contact of foundation frame and concrete base is not real and the bolt fastening force is not enough. And by processing of chiseling part of the concrete foundation and back-grouting, each index value is stable which meets the requirement of technology.
