城市居民健身休闲空间满意度对行为意向的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 基于929份福州市实证调查数据,采用主成分分析法及Amos结构方程,试图探讨居民健身休闲空间满意度的影响因子及其对行为意向的影响机制。研究结果表明:1)影响居民满意度的因子主要有审美体验、服务环境、个性管理、服务水平、健美塑形、人际关系、教育功能、身心健康、社会价值及活动设施等;2)10个满意度因子对居民行为意向的影响机制表现不同,只有审美体验、服务环境直接影响行为意向;3)个性管理、服务水平和健美塑形对其它满意度因子的影响较多,其次是人际关系、教育功能、身心健康和社会价值的影响,审美体验和服务环境影响单一,并提出健身场所要精心设计、服务流程标识要清晰、活动布局及器械摆放合理等优化建议。 Based on 929 empirical data in Fuzhou, the principal component analysis and Amos struc- tural equation are used to explore factors of satisfaction and effects of satisfaction on behavior intention. Results showed that: 1 ) the main factors were aesthetic experience, service environment, personal- ized management, service level, body shaping, interpersonal relationship, educational function, physical and mental health, social value and activity facilities; 2) the 10 factors have different effects on residents' behavior intention, only the aesthetic experience and service environment have direct in- fluences; 3 ) personalized management, service level and body shaping have more effects than other factors, followed by the impact of interpersonal relationship, educational function, physical and men- tal health, and social value, aesthetic experience and service environment affect in a simple way. Some tuning recommendations are given, including place to be carefully designed, service process i- dentification clear and layout of activities and equipment reasonable.
