摘要
研训教师学作为教师学的一门分支学科,有望在对研训教师(教研员)已有研究成果进行学科化整合的基础上进入初创阶段。利用现有的研训教师研究期刊文献和相关著作,初步梳理出研训教师学的8个基本论题,即研训教师功能职责论、研训教师意识思维论、研训教师知识素养论、研训教师能力素养论、研训教师专业发展论、研训教师队伍建设论、研训教师管理论、分科研训教师论。
As a branch of teacher studies,research and training teacher studies is expected to enter the beginning of the creation of the discipline by integrating the present achievements about research and training teachers(teaching and research staff).In light of existing journal literature and pertinent works,eight basic topics are confirmed and they are as follows:theory of research and training teacher's function and duty,theory of research and training teacher's consciousness and thinking,theory of research and training teacher's knowledge quality,theory of research and training teacher's ability quality,theory of research and training teacher's professional development,theory of research and training teacher's team construction,theory of research and training teacher's management,theory of research and training teachers of specific subject.
