Taking the implementation of Waterway Law as the background, the paper studies the approaches to enhance administrative law enforcement concerning aids to navigation（Ato N） and the control over the action of destroying or damaging Ato N in accordance with the law. It makes research on how to realize the sharing of law-enforcement resources in practice and intensify the influence of the law enforcement concerning Ato N. It suggests enhancing the development of law-enforcement capabilities and adopting multiple approaches to fulfill the goal of law enforcement concerning Ato N in protecting Ato N and waterway facilities.
