城市居民住房需求偏好与基础教育均衡发展——基于阶层视角的分析

Urban Housing Demand Preferences and Balanced Development of Basic Education——based on the perspective of stratum

城市公共服务供给的非均衡格局是导致城市社会空间形态、结构重组的重要原因之一。教育设施分布的差序化、教育资本化以及不同社会阶层对住房需求偏好差异共同影响形成了城市居住空间分异演化格局。从社会阶层视角出发,分析阶层背景引致的居民住房消费需求、基础教育获得的差异,并构建理论分析框架。进而系统剖析基础教育不均衡现象形成的动力机制,并结合"社会-空间"的辩证统一关系,透析其社会空间效应机理。在此基础上,提出我国城市基础教育均衡发展的完善与优化路径。

The differentiation of urban public facilities is one of the causes leading to the socio- spatial segregation. The uneven distribution of education facilities and social class stratification reinforce the residential segregation in urban China makes reconstructing urban social space. This paper analyzes residents＇ housing consumption demand and differences in acquisition of basic education because of class background from sociai stratum perspective, and make theoretical analysis framework. Then the paper analyses the phenomenon of unbalanced education and combines with the sociospatial dialectical unity, analyzes its social space effect mechanism. On this basis, this paper presents some suggestions to improve and optimize the basic education balanced development in China.
