摘要
为研究超高射频武器的内弹道发射过程,建立了弹丸膛内运动数学模型和内弹道基本方程,采用Matlab软件对40mm口径金属风暴武器弹药内弹道进行数值模拟,分析了弹丸超高射频时不同发射频率的膛内运动规律,获得了不同发射频率时弹丸的膛内运动速度和膛压变化规律.研究结果表明:非耦合发射时,各发弹丸的行程不一致导致弹丸最大膛压和出炮口速度不同;耦合发射时,主要是各发弹丸的弹前阻力不同而导致弹丸最大膛压和出炮口速度变化较大.
To study the internal ballistics process of super high frequency weapon, the bullet of mathematical model in gun barrel and the internal ballistics of basic equations is established, internal ballistic process of metal storm weapon with 40mm caliber is numerically simulated by using Matlab software and the movement regularities of the variations of firing rate in gun barrel are analyzed. The bullet of move ment regularities in gun barrel and change of pressure regularities are obtained in different firing rate. The results indicate that the different distance of the bullets result in the change of maximum pressure and muzzle velocity in non-cou- pling firing conditions. The frontal bullet resistance plays an important part in coupling firing conditions to the biggest change of maximum pressure and muzzle velocity.
