摘要
针对大型电炉使用中经常遇到的加热元件损耗和三相不平衡问题,对三相负载的不同连接方式进行分析,得出了电流、电压、功率等重要参数的计算公式.用VB计算程序完成设计中繁琐的计算过程,为使用者了解窑炉设备运行状态和决策是否更换加热元件提供依据.
Electric heating element breakdown and threephase unbalance problems often occurs in large industrial e- lectrical furnace, in this article, the operation parameters such as current, voltage, capacity of different connection modes are analyzed and calculated. And then uses the VB programing software to complete the tedious calculations, provides reasonable information for users to analyze the equipment running status and decide whether to replace electric heating element.
