临床护理路径对ICU重型颅脑损伤患者发生应激性溃疡的影响

Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway on Stress Ulcer in Patients with Severe Brain Injury Induced by ICU

目的:观察临床护理路径对ICU重型颅脑损伤患者发生应激性溃疡的影响。方法:选取2013年1月-2015年10月本院ICU收治的重型颅脑损伤患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组39例和对照组40例,其中观察组有1例于试验过程中脱落。对照组给予一般护理,主要包括日常生活饮食、病情观察、急救准备及配合、执行医嘱情况,观察组按照临床护理路径表格内容进行护理,比较两组患者住院时间、抢救时间、抢救费用、应激性溃疡发生率、患者及家属满意度。结果:观察组住院时间、抢救时间、抢救费用、应激性溃疡发生率均低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径可以明显降低患者的抢救时间、抢救费用及应激性溃疡的发生率,缩短住院天数,提高患者及家属的满意度,值得在颅脑损伤患者中广泛应用和推广。

Objective： To observe the effect of clinical nursing pathway on stress ulcer in patients with severe traumatic brain injury by ICU.Method： From January 2013 to October 2015, 80 cases of severe brain injury in our hospital ICU were selected as the research objects, they were randomly divided into the observation group of 39 cases and the control group of 40 cases according to the random number table method, there was 1 case dropped in the test process in the observation group.The control group received general nursing, including daily diet, observation of disease, first aid preparation and cooperation, executive orders.The observation group received nursing care according to the clinical nursing path table of contents, hospitalization time, rescue time, rescue expenses, stress ulcer incidence, satisfaction of patients and their families of two groups were compared.Result： The hospitalization time, rescue time, rescue expenses and stress ulcer incidence in the observation group were all lower than those of the control group, satisfaction of patients and their families were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Clinical nursing path can significantly lower hospitalization time, rescue time, rescue expenses and stress ulcer incidence improve, satisfaction of patients and their families, it is worth of wide range of application and promotion in craniocerebral injury patients.
