动感重睑术与传统重睑术临床效果比较

The Effect Comparison of Dynamic Double Eyelid Surgery and Traditional Double Eyelid Surgery

目的:讨论动感重睑术与传统重睑术的临床效果。方法:选取2015年4月-2016年3月本院收治的98例行重睑术的患者作为研究对象,根据手术方式不同将其分为传统组和动感组,每组49例。传统组给予传统重睑术,动感组给予动感重睑术,比较两组治疗效果和患者满意度。结果:动感组治疗有效率为95.92%,高于传统组的81.63%;动感组满意率为93.88%,高于传统组的77.55%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用动感重睑术可以有效提高手术效果和患者满意率,使术后重睑的线条更加完美与自然,具有非常重要的临床意义,值得推广与应用。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of dynamic double eyelid surgery and traditional double eyelid surgery.Method： From April 2015 to March 2016, 98 cases of double eyelid surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the traditional group and dynamic group according to the different operation methods, each group had 49 cases.The traditional group received traditional double eyelid surgery and dynamic group received dynamic double eyelid surgery, the therapeutic effect and satisfaction rate of two groups were compared.Result： The treatment effective rate in the dynamic group was 95.92%, higher than 81.63% of the traditional group, the satisfaction rate in the dynamic group was 93.88%, higher than 77.55% of the traditional group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： The dynamic double eyelid surgery can effectively improve the patient＇s operation effect and increase the satisfaction rate of the patients, the postoperative double eyelid line more perfect and natural, has very important clinical significance, it is worthy of promotion and application.
