摘要
为了研究手动变速器传动效率变化情况,开发了一套手动变速器传动效率试验台架。介绍了测试台架的基本组成结构和控制原理,通过对测量的数据进行处理,分析了变速器润滑油油温对变速器传动效率的影响。试验台架采用两台交流变频电机分别模拟汽车行驶时的驱动及负载,通过PLC和S120变频器实现台架的驱动和负载电机的可控控制。台架采用共直流母线能量回馈电封闭驱动系统,把负载电机发出的电量通过直流母线回馈给电网,无污染,节省电量。采用NI PCI-6221数据采集卡实现了试验过程中数据信号的采集和相应控制信号的输出。试验台架运行可靠、节能,能够较为真实反映手动变速器传动效率的变化。
To study the changes of transmission efficiency of the manual transmission, a set of manual transmission efficiency test bed is developed. The paper introduces the basic composition and control principles of the test bed, processes the measurement data and analyzes the effect of the transmission lubricating oil on the transmission efficiency. The test bed adopts two AC variable frequency motors to simulate the drive and load, and uses PLC and S120 transducer control the drive and loaded motor of the test bed. The test bed is provided with the common DC bus energy feedback electrical-closed driving system. The energy from loaded motor is given back to the grid through the DC bus to save electricity. NI PCI-6221 Data Acquisition Card is used to collect the data signal and output the corresponding control signal during the experiment. The test bed is reliable and energy-saving, which can truly reflect the change of transmission efficiency of the manual transmission.
