摘要
现有的起重机远程诊断系统主要通过传统的企业或厂区局域网实现对起重机的远程诊断控制,但这种传统的网络布局存在一些缺点,实际操作时会有诸多不便且耗费财力。文中所述基于4G网络的起重机远程诊断系统采用4G网络技术,摆脱了对传统局域网络的依赖,远程诊断网关对网络要求低,可方便地进行现场设备的安装、布置、配置等,极大地节省了时间、人力和财力,技术服务人员可随时随地进行远程诊断,推进了远程诊断系统的发展。
The existing crane remote diagnosis system mainly adopts the traditional LAN in the enterprise or plant to remotely diagnose and control the crane, but the traditional network layout has certain defects, causing much inconvenience and increasing cost during actual operation. The paper introduces the 4G network-based crane remote diagnosis system u- sing 4G network technology, which is independent on the traditional LAN. The remote diagnosis gateway has low demand on the network, which is in favor of installation, setup, and configuration of the site equipment, tremendously saving the time, labor, and financial resources. Technical service personnel can perform remote diagnosis any time, which pushes forward the development of the remote diagnosis system.
