摘要 针对铝电解多功能机组工具小车回转起、制动由于负载惯性作用引起工具小车较大振动的问题,分析了工具小车产生振动的原因,对回转机构液压系统进行仿真研究,提出了相应的解决方案,使工具小车回转运行更加平稳,提高作业效率和操作人员舒适性。 Based on the problem of the large vibration of the tool trolley, which is caused by the inertia of the load, when tool trolley of the pot tending machine starts and brakes. The cause of the vibration of the tool trolley is analyzed, At the same time, the hydraulic system of the rotary mechanism is simulated, and the corresponding solution is put forward, which makes the tool trolley more stable, improving the operation efficiency and operating personnel comfort.
