通过对国内外料场的发展状况以及现有设备的使用情况的分析,提出了一种新型存取配套设备——悬臂式堆料机和门式取料机。依托徐矿哈密大南湖密闭条形储煤场堆取料系统设备工程进行研制,描述了设备的基本构造、工作原理和结构组成,提出了该设备的技术创新点。应用实际证明了设备的实用性和广阔的市场前景。

By analyzing the development of the stock yard at home and abroad, and application of existing equipment, the paper introduces a piece of new-type supporting access equipment--cantilever-type bucket wheel stacker and gantry scraper. The equipment is designed based on the stacker/reclaimer of the closed bar-type coal storage yard of Hami Dananhu of Xuzhou mining company, and the paper describes its basic construction, working principles, and structure composition, and puts forward the technical innovation of the equipment. The application proves that it＇ s practical and can be widely applied in the market.
