急性心肌梗死心血管内科治疗的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction with Cardiovascular Medicine

目的:研究心血管内科的急性心肌梗死患者治疗方法。方法:从笔者所在医院抽取2015年8月-2016年2月收治的急性心肌梗死患者52例,按照入院就诊顺序将患者平均分为治疗组和对照组,对照组患者接受常规治疗方法,治疗组患者在常规治疗基础上加上尿激酶溶栓治疗,治疗时间均为1个月,观察分析两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组并发症发生情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性心肌梗死患者常规治疗配合尿激酶溶栓治疗,可以有效减少并发症发生,临床疗效显著,改善患者生存、生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To study the treatment of patients with acme myocardial infarction in cardiovascular department.Method： 52 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from August 2015 to February 2016 were selected, the patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the order of admission, the control group patients received conventional treatment methods, the treatment group of patients based on conventional treatment combined with Surinamese thromboses treatment.The treatment time was one month, the effect of two groups were observed and analyzed.Result： The improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈O.05）. The incidence of comphcations in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： For acute myocardial infarction patients with cor/ventional treatment with urokinase thrombolytic therapy, can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, clinical efficacy significantly, improve the survival of patients, quality of life, it is worthy of clinical application.
