摘要
从实验内容和教学方法上对界面缩聚合成尼龙实验进行了综合性改进。用5倍物质的量的氯化亚砜和癸二酸回流反应,可把癸二酰氯单体制备时间由4h缩短到0.5h,用环已烷代替四氯化碳,可大大降低溶剂的毒性;在教学方法上,从研究性实验的角度进行问题驱动式的讲解。该实验在高分子化学基础实验教学中取得了较好的效果。
The synthesis of nylon with interracial polycondensation method was improved from experiment contents and teaching methods. On the one hand, the time to synthesize seba- coyl chloride was shortened from 4 h to 0. 5 h when 5 : 1 mole ratio of chlorinated sulfoxide and sebacic acid reacted under reflux. On the other hand, the toxicity of the solvent could be reduced greatly when the hexane was used instead of carbon tetrachloride. Furthermore, the teaching method was also improved. The verification experiment was explained as researching experiment with question-driven approach. All these efforts made good results in polymer chemistry experi- ment teaching.
