基层农技推广绩效评价指标体系的研究及应用——以明溪县为例

Research and application of index system for performance evaluation on agricultural technology extension at basic level——Taking Mingxi County as an example

根据明溪县实际,在调研与调查问卷的基础上,建立基层农技推广绩效评价指标体系,并对明溪县农技推广绩效进行评价,评价等级为优减;进而对明溪县农技推广不足之处提出对策建议。

According to the actual condition of Mingxi County and on the basis of investigation and questionnaire, the index system for performance evaluation on agricultural technology extension at basic level was establish, and agricultural extension performance in Mingxi County was evaluated with the rank of gifted. And then the countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the deficiencies exiting in agricultural technology popularization in Mingxi County were put forward.
