摘要
无机纳米阵列结构是近几十年发展起来的、在储能电极领域有广阔应用前景的一类纳米材料。作为一种三维纳米尺度的有序组装体,其具有优异的电导通性、规则有序的电子传递、超高的比表面积、丰富的材料种类选择、可设计的表界面结构和晶体结构,使得其在能源存储与转化领域有着重要的应用。介绍了无机纳米阵列结构的制备方法以及其在储能电极领域的应用,总结了该领域近年来的一些研究进展,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
Inorganic nanoarray materials have been developed in the past few decades and have shown a broad application in energy storage issues. As a three-dimensional ordered assembly,nanoarray structure possesses low electrical resistivity, short diffusion pathways for electrons and ions,large specific surface areas, diversified material selection and tunable interface structure and crystal structure, making them potential electrode materials in energy storage and conversion. In this paper, we will review the recent advances in synthetic strategies of nanoarray architectures and their applications in energy storage devices. Future research and application are also prospected.
