摘要
设计了一种基于线形纳米银的简单、高敏感的比色传感器来检测过氧化氢。当过氧化氢存在时,纳米银线被刻蚀成小粒径的纳米银线和球形颗粒,导致在440 nm处的吸光度降低。过氧化氢浓度在5×10^(-5)~1.0×10^(-3)mol/L范围内,其对数值与其吸光度降低值呈良好的线性关系,其线性方程为ΔA=2.302+0.519 lgc,相关系数r为0.992 0,检测限为5.0×10^(-5)mol/L。本方法用于自来水样品中过氧化氢的测定,样品平均回收率为97.4%~101%。
In this work,a simple and highly sensitive colorimetric sensor for detection of H202 based on Ag nanowires was designed. In the presence of H202 ,the Ag nanowires were etched to nanowires and round nanoparticles with smaller particle size, which leads to decrease of the absorbance value at 440 nm. There was a good linear relationship between the AA 440 and the logarithm of the H2O2 concentrations in the range of 5.0×10 -5 - 1.0 × 10 -3 mol/L, its regression equation was AA = 2. 302 + 0. 519 lgc, and the correlation coefficient was 0.992 0, with a low detection limit of 5.0× 10 -5 mol/L. The method was applied to the detection of H2O2 in tap water,the recoveries of standard addition were between 97.4% and 101%.
