摘要 目的:制作一种用于核医学扫描的简单方便、成本低廉的患者头部固定头托,以减小因各种原因而导致患者头部运动产生伪影从而造成的影响。方法:用高密度泡沫塑料作为头托基本材料,根据人体头部常规尺寸范围,用切割工具在方形的泡沫板中切割出适合一般患者头部枕放的凹形空间,于头部两侧放置不同厚度的海绵垫,限制头部的移动。同时利用激光仪、水平仪等工具严格精确定位患者头部放置的位置,尽量保持患者头部处于探头中心视野。结果:研制的头托能有效地限制患者因为各种原因导致的头部移动,同时定位位置准确,可以有效地采集到高质量的核医学图像。结论:该头托制作简单、成本低廉,能有效地避免多数患者头部各种原因引起的运动伪影,值得在核医学扫描中推广应用。 Objective To design one simple head support with low cost to reduce the influence of head movement during nuclear medicine imaging.Methods High-density foam was used as basic materials,and a concave grooving was formed in the rectangular foam to hold the head.Sponge mats with different thicknesses were placed at both sides of the head to limit its motion,and some instruments such as gradienter were used to locate the position of the head,so that it could be kept at the central visual field.Results The support eliminated the head movement and behaved well in head positioning,and facilitated to obtain high-quality nuclear medicine images.Conclusion The support with simple composition and low cost avoids kinds of head motion artifacts,and thus is worthy promoting in nuclear medicine scan.
