便捷式胰岛素治疗车的设计与应用

Design and application of portable insulin treatment trolley

目的:设计一种物品摆放合理、操作简便高效的胰岛素治疗车。方法:采用不锈钢材料设计,分为上下2层。其中,上层设置有长方体形的凹槽,内置带有长方体形隔板的治疗盘,用来分类隔离药物;下层左、右与后侧设置有护栏,防止所放物品滑落。车架底部的四角处安装万向消音轮并有脚刹,可随意移动并固定。结果:该治疗车中的物品摆放合理有序,缩短了护理人员操作前翻找物品的时间,减少了由于物品杂乱造成的治疗盘污染。结论:该治疗车的使用减少了患者等待注射的时间,有效提高了护理人员的工作效率。

Objective To design a portable insulin treatment trolley.Methods The trolley was made of stainless steel and divided into upper and lower layers.In a grooving in the upper layer there was a rectangular tray with several compartments to hold medicine,and guardrails were installed on the left,right and rear sides of the lower layer.Under the trolley there were all-round and noise-reduction wheels as well as a foot brake to control its motion.Results Clinical trials proved that the trolley reduced the time consumption for looking for medicine and the pollution due to disordered materials.Conclusion The trolley decreases the waiting time of the patient,while increases the efficiency of the nurse.
