不同自建检测系统测定碳酸氢根的比较与评价

摘要 目的:通过不同的自建检测系统,对碳酸氢根测定结果进行比较与评价。方法:根据不同的仪器(罗氏P800和日立7170A全自动生化分析仪)和不同的试剂(罗氏试剂和迈克试剂)以及不同的标准品(罗氏标准品和迈克标准品),自由组合8种(仪器+试剂+标准品,其中1种为比较检测系统,其他7种为实验检测系统)自建的碳酸氢根检测系统。收集50例血清标本分别用自建的8种碳酸氢根检测系统进行测定,并对测定结果进行相关分析及偏倚的评估。结果:8种检测系统不同质控品测定碳酸氢根变异系数均小于10%,其中比较检测系统重复性最好;7种实验检测系统与比较检测系统间碳酸氢根测定结果的相关系数分别为0.996 3、0.994 0、0.996 4、0.995 9、0.990 2、0.987 8、0.980 1,偏倚分别为0.77%~1.11%、1.46%~2.65%、2.72%~4.29%、2.20%~3.83%、2.08%~4.11%、0.20%~1.68%、3.07%~3.50%。结论:8种检测系统具有较好的精密度,且符合临床要求;7种实验检测系统临床可接受性能评价都具有可接受性。 Objective To compare and evaluate bicarbonate detection results by some self-developed measurement systems.Methods Totally 8 measurement systems including one comparative one and other seven kinds of experimental measurement systems were constructed by freely combined detectors,reagents and standard substances,involving in Roche P800 and Hitachi 7170 A automatic biochemical analyzers,Roche and Mike reagents as well as standard substances.The measurement systems were used to measure the bicarbonate in 50 pieces of serum samples,and the detection results underwent correlation and bias analyses.Results All the systems had the variation coefficients less than 10%,and the comparative measurement system was gifted with the highest repeatability.The correlation coefficients of the remained systems and the comparative one were respectively 0.996 3,0.994 0,0.996 4,0.995 9,0.990 2,0.987 8 and 0.980 1,and the biases were from 0.77%to 1.11%.1.46%to 2.65%,2.72%to 4.29%,2.20%to 3.83%,2.08%to 4.11%,0.20%to 1.68%and 3.07%to 3.50%.Conclusion All the systems gain high precision,and meet the clinical requirements;7 kinds of experimental measurement systems can be accepted for clinical evaluation.
