开展医护人员临床医学工程知识技能培养模式的探索

Investigation on training mode of clinical medical engineering knowledge and skills for medical staffs

目的:探索医护人员临床医学工程知识技能培养模式。方法:分析医护人员的在校课程教育、院内培训工作、继续教育和医院管理制度的完善等各个方面现状,从医护人员的知识结构、培训和继续教育等3个方面探讨临床医学工程知识的技能培养模式。结果:提出了加强在校生的临床工程类知识教育,进行专项和非专项培训的重要性,构建了个人继续教育和参加科室、省级、国家级继续教育等临床医学工程知识技能培养的创新模式。结论:加强医护人员临床医学工程知识技能的培养,是提高医疗器械使用效率的保证,也是提高临床诊治水平的重要途径。

Objective To explore the training mode of clinical medical engineering knowledge and skills for medical staffs.Methods The present situation of school courses,hospital training,continuous education and corresponding management regulations was analyzed,and the training mode of clinical medical engineering knowledge and skills were discussed from the aspects of knowledge structure,training and continuous education.Results It＇s pointed out that the students accept clinical medical engineering education as well as specialized or non-specialized training,and a new training mode of clinical medical engineering knowledge and skills was proposed involving in educations by individual or in the scales of department,province and nation.Conclusion The training of clinical medical engineering knowledge and skills for medical staffs contributes to enhancing medical equipment efficiency and medical service.
