摘要 对冬小包脚菇子实体形成的形态变化,孢子印及孢子形态、菌丝形态及生长的形态变化进行观察。观察结果:冬小包脚菇菌丝营养生长中,扭结成索状菌丝,分化形成白色子实体原基,形成白色卵形菌体,卵形菌体裂开,露出白色菌盖、白色菌柄,菌柄冲长,白色菌托萎缩,菌盖开伞,菌盖灰白色,菌褶初期白色,后期棕色;冬小包脚菇孢子卵形,光滑,孢子印棕褐色,顶端有明显的芽孔;冬小包脚菇初生菌丝细小,白色,分枝,有隔;菌落绒毛状,边缘整齐,气生;营养生长菌丝较粗。 In this study,we observed the sporocarp morphology changes,spore print,spore morhphology,mycelial morphology and growth morphology changes of Volvariella brumalis. The results showed that,in the vegetative growth phase,Volvariella brumalis mycelium kinked into cord-like mycelium,differentiated into white sporocarp primordium,and formed white oval body; oval body dehisced and revealed white pileus and white stipe; stipe grew up; white volva shrank; pileus opened,with greyish pileus,lamella white in the early stages,brown in the later stages. The spore of Volvariella brumalis was oval and smooth,with brown spore print and obvious germ pore at its apex. The primary hyphae of Volvariella brumalis was thin,white,with branches and partitions. The colony was villous,atmogenic,with regular edge. The mycelium is relatively coarse during the vegetative growth phase.
