Research on Identification and Intervention Mechanism of the college Students Invisible Suicide

大学生隐性自杀行为客观存在,后果严重。隐性自杀行为的识别和干预是一项系统工程,涉及部门、个人、群体之间的交叉互动,必须协同配合共同发力方能收到实效。有效应对大学生隐性自杀行为及其带来的严重后果的必要前提是准确识别并开展危险性评估。从协同配合的角度看,实现大学生隐性自杀行为的准确识别和有效干预至少需要四个层面的协同工作,即心理辅导员协同、部门协同、管理协同、业务协同,这样才能最终达到信息共享、资源共享、技术共享、联动共赢的目的。

The identification and intervention of the invisible suicide among college students is a systematic project involving cross-sectors cooperation of individuals, groups and officials. A necessary precondition is to set up the accurate identification and carry out an evaluation of risk. There are at least four aspects cooperation work to be done： psychological tutor office, various departments, administration sectors and academic sectors. The cooperation between them can efficiently avoid or stop the invisible suicide among college students.
