对39所"985"高校图书馆OA资建设情况进行网络调查,分析其OA资源的组织方式、揭示角度、资源类型及存在的问题,并针对性地提出优化高校图书馆OA资源建设对策。

This paper makes an investigation on the construction of OA resources in ＂985＂ university libraries through internet survey, analyses the organization, reveal perspective, type, problem of OA resources, and contrapuntally puts forward the countermeasure to optimize the construction of OA resource in the university library.
