摘要
目的 比较氢氧化钙糊剂与甲硝唑碘仿对乳牙根管消毒的临床效果。方法 选取2013年1月~2015年12月内接受根管治疗的268例患者,随机均分为氢氧化钙组和甲硝唑组各134例。其中氢氧化钙组用扩挫针将氢氧化钙糊剂导入根管和髓室内,用氧化锌暂封;甲硝唑组用光滑髓针将甲硝唑棉球捻入根管和髓室内,并用氧化锌封洞口。随访并统计患者治疗后36小时不良反应的发生情况,1周后治疗效果以及封药次数,观察并对比两组患者的疗效及不良反应发生率。结果 治疗36小时后,氢氧化钙组的不良反应发生率明显小于甲硝唑组(P〈0.05);治疗1周后,氢氧化钙组的显效率明显优于甲硝唑组(P〈0.05);治疗后第3、6个月以及1年后,氢氧化钙组的有效率分别为89.54%、95.42%以及97.39%,均明显优于对照组的70.97%、76.13%以及78.06%(P均〈0.05);氢氧化钙组的封药次数明显少于甲硝唑组(P〈0.05)。结论 氢氧化钙与甲硝唑在对乳牙根管消毒上均有一定疗效,但氢氧化钙较甲硝唑具有更方便、高效和无副作用等特点,临床可作为治疗根尖周病和乳牙牙髓病的根管消毒用药。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of calcium hydroxide paste and iodoform metronidazole on root canal disinfection. Methods 268 patients with root canal treatment were randomly divided into calcium hydroxide group and metronidazole group. The root canal and pulp chamber of calcium hydroxide group were filled with calcium hydroxide paste and sealed with zinc oxide. The root canal and pulp chamber of Metronidazole group were filled with metronidazole cotton and sealed with zinc oxide. The incidence of adverse reactions and the curative effect were collected. Results 36h after treatment, the adverse reaction rate of calcium hydroxide group was significantly less than that of metronidazole group. 1 week after treatment, the effective rate was significantly greater than the control group without metronidazole group of calcium hydroxide group was significantly less than that of metronidazole group. 3 months, sixth months and 1 years treatment, the effective rate of the calcium hydroxide group (89.54%, 95.42% and 97.39%) were significantly higher than that of the control group (70.97%, 76.13% and 78. 06%). The number of seal medicine of calcium hydroxide group were significantly less than that of metronidazole group. Conclusion Calcium hydroxide and metronidazole in canal disinfection has certain curative effect on primary root, but calcium hydroxide as natural green medicine, with metronidazole is convenient and efficient, and has no side effect.
