摘要
采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取广西白木香叶挥发油,应用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪测定其化学成分。结果表明,白木香叶的挥发油共鉴定出23个化学成分。主要成分为肉豆蔻醚(35.13%)、植酮(15.14%)、棕榈酸(11.92%)、植物醇(6.756%)、石竹素(2.573%)、十六酸乙酯(1.912%)、α-姜黄烯(1.791%)、法尼基丙酮(1.647%)、棕榈酸甲酯(1.514%)等,主要成分占挥发油总量的78.383%。
The volatile oils of the leaves from Aquilaria sinensis were extracted by steam distillation and its chemical constituents were analyzed through GC-MS. 23 chemical components of volatile oils were identified from the leaves of Aquilaria （11.92%）, （ 1. 912% ）,
