摘要
以云南主栽核桃内种皮为材料,采用HPLC对核桃仁种皮中的多酚类物质进行分析研究。结果表明,检测到酚酸类物质含量较高的有两种(没食子酸与绿原酸),其中没食子酸含量最低为4.06μg/g,最高含量为395.73μg/g,差异较显著;绿原酸含量最低为1.02μg/g,最高含量为464.09μg/g,差异较显著。黄酮类物质中的槲皮素含量最低为0.01μg/g,最高含量为10.13μg/g,差异也较显著。其他的多酚类物质较少或近没有。
Taking 23 main producing areas of walnut seed coat as raw material in Yunnan, we analyzed the polyphenols in the walnut kernel pellicle by HPLC. The results showed that the content of gallic acid and chlorogenic acid was higher than others. The lowest gallic acid content was 4. 06μg/g and the highest concentration was 395.73 μg/g, the difference was significant. The lowest content of chlorogenic acid was 1. 02μg/g and the highest content was 464.09μg/g, the difference was significant. The lowest content of quercetin was 0. 01μg/g and the highest content was 10. 13μg/g, the difference was significant also. Other polyphenols were less or nearly none.
