摘要 针对战略投送支援车队布局问题,分析了决定战略投送支援车队布局的不确定信息,提出了布局的动态优化框架,分阶段建立了相应的决策模型。针对地域节点是否适合组建战略投送支援车队问题,应用模糊聚类方法进行分类筛选。在筛选后的节点地域中,利用专家群体的一致性意见,基于直觉模糊值的多属性群决策模型对节点排序,确定公路支援车队优先组建的节点地域,实现对战略投送公路支援力量的布局优化。 To solve the problems existing in the loaction of strategic projection support vehicle fleet,this paper analyzes the uncertainties in the location determination and proposes the dynamic optimization frame for the location. The corresponding determination models are established on different stages. Fuzzy clustering method is applied to assort all points that a vehicle fleet can be located in. By taking opinions of experts and using fuzzy multiple attribute group decision-making model,the priorities of the points are decided to optimize the location of the highway support capability in strategic projection.
