摘要
分析了新体制对部队管理工作在强化党对军队的绝对领导、突出军队的根本使命任务、聚焦部队领导管理的目的、改变部队领导管理的职责、提高部队领导管理的要求5个方面产生的影响,阐述了部队管理类课程进行教学内容改革的原则,并从军队管理的体制结构、联合作战管理与军种建设管理、直线职能式与矩阵式管理的比较、联合训练管理模式的建立、行政管理由区域性向全域性军兵种转变5个方面提出了教学内容改革的方向。
This paper analyzes the effects that the new commanding system exerts on our army in the following 5 aspects:how to enhance the party's absolute leadership over our army; how to highlight the utlimate mission of our army; how to focus on the aim of the army management; how to change the management roles; how to fulfill management requirements. It expounds the principles that should be followed in reforming the teaching content of the army management courses,which should include the clarification of our army's systematic structure,the relationship between joint operation and service construction,the comparison between linear and matrix management,the necessity of joint training and the transformation from regional to global administration.
