摘要
为给车辆装备涂层防护性能的快速评价提供新的方法,利用电化学阻抗谱方法,对某型军绿有机涂层全浸泡条件下的腐蚀行为进行了研究,分析阻抗模型随浸泡时间的变化规律,并选取低频阻抗模值|Z|_(0.1Hz)、高频相位角θ_(10 kHz)、高频阻抗模值变化率k、相对介电常数ε_r四种特征参数,评价了该型涂层的防护性能。
To provide alternative approaches to the efficient evaluation of the anticorrosion equipment coating's protective performance,this paper studies the corrosion behavior of a green organic coating under immersion condition by using EIS method. The changes of the resistance model with different immersion time are analyzed. Low frequency impedance|Z|0.1Hz,high frequency phase angle θ10 kHz,value rate of high frequency impedance k and relative dielectric constant εrare selected to evaluate the protective performance of the coating
