摘要
目的应用加权TOPSIS法建立口岸卫生监督工作质量指标综合评价方法。方法根据德尔菲法确定的口岸卫生监督工作质量综合评价指标,应用TOPSIS法对南京局2009年-2013年口岸食品、服务行业和储存场地卫生监督工作质量指标进行了评价,并比较加权与不加权TOPSIS结果。结果加权和不加权TOPSIS法评价结果显示2009年-2013年内南京局口岸卫生监督工作质量总体变化趋势一致,呈稳中有升。结论 TOPSIS可应用于口岸卫生监督工作质量综合评价,加权法较不加权法更科学。
Objective This article establishes a comprehensive evaluation method of frontier sanitary supervision quality by using the weighted TOPSIS method. Methods According to the comprehensive evaluation index of frontier sanitary supervision quality with Delphi method, this article evaluates the quality indexes of food,service trades and storage field in Nanjing bureau between 2009 and 2013 by TOPSIS method. And the weighted and non-weighted TOPSIS results are compared. Results The results of weighed and non-weighed TOPSIS show that the frontier sanitary supervision quality has similar trend of steady rise between 2009 and 2013.Conclusion TOPSIS can be used in the comprehensive evaluation of frontier sanitary supervision quality, and the weighted method is more scientific.
