摘要
为了丰富猪源微生态制剂菌种,本研究从健康猪肠道内容物中分离获得5株疑似乳杆菌,通过生理生化和分子生物学鉴定,有一株菌为嗜酸乳杆菌,并命名为HEW-A701。对其耐酸性能、耐胆盐性能和对致病菌的拮抗性能研究表明,菌株HEW-A701具有较强的耐酸性、耐胆盐性及对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有较强的拮抗性。
In order to enrich strains of probiotics, five suspected lactobacillus strains were isolated from healthy pig intestinal contents, by physio logical and biochemical and molecular biology identification ,a strain was lactobacillus acidophilus,and named HEW-A701.The acid ,bile salt resistance and pathogenic bacterium performance showed that strain HEW-A701 had stronger resistance to acid and bile salt, and had stronger resistance to Escherichia coli, Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus.
