施图伦滴眼剂影响屈光参差性弱视调节功能的研究

Influence of Augentropfen Stulln Mono eye-drops on the accommodation of anisometropic amblyopia

目的 探讨施图伦滴眼剂对屈光参差性弱视调节功能的影响。方法 80例7~12岁屈光参差性弱视患儿分为2组,对照组采用戴镜、遮盖及精细训练的疗法,药物组加用施图伦点眼治疗。在治疗前及治疗3个月后测量患儿弱视眼和双眼的调节幅度、调节滞后量、调节灵敏度,采用t检验进行统计学分析。结果 分别比较治疗前后,药物组的弱视眼及双眼的调节幅度、调节滞后量和调节灵敏度,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后药物组的调节幅度和调节灵敏度增大,调节滞后量减少,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 施图伦滴眼剂辅助治疗能有效改善大龄屈光参差性弱视的调节功能。

Objective To observe the effect of Augentropfen Stulln Mono eye-drops on the accommodation function of anisometropic amblyopia. Methods Totally 80 cases of anisometropic amblyopia children aged from 7 to 12 were divided into two groups, patients in the control group were treated with dioptric glass, occlusion and fine sight training, patients in drug group received additional Augentropfen Stulln Mono eye-drops treatment. Before andafter 3-months treatment, the amplitude of accommodation, accommodative lag, and accommodative sensitivity were measured, and the data obtained were analyzed by t-test. Results Differences of accommodative parameters in drug group before and after treatment were statistically significant （P〈0.05） ,which were obtained from binocular and amblyopic eye＇s measurement. After 3 months treatment, the amplitude of accommodation and accommodative sensitivity in the drug group were obviously increased compared with that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; accommodative lag in the drug group was obviously decreased compared with that in control group, eye-drops is a amblyopia. and the difference was statistically signifi good effective supported way to improve cant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion the accommodation function Augentropfen Stulln Mono of juvenile anisometropic
