经皮肾穿刺活检致针道转移一例并文献复习

摘要 患者，男，73岁，因＂进食哽咽感、上腹部烧灼感20 d＂于2011年12月26日在本院行胃镜检查并取活检确诊为食管鳞状细胞癌，收入胸外科拟行手术治疗，术前行胸部CT发现右肾肿瘤（图1A），由于患者同时并发食管癌及右肾肿瘤，联合手术难度大、风险高，患者家属选择行肿瘤介入治疗，为明确肿瘤性质，于2012年1月4日行右肾肿瘤穿刺活检术（图1B），穿刺采用16G－15 cm型号穿刺针，沿腰大肌穿刺入肿瘤中心后取条状组织送病理，穿刺活检结果提示右肾透明细胞癌（图1C），
