脐疗配合电磁波治疗风寒型荨麻疹的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Umbilical Therapy combined with Electromagnetic Wave in Treating Cold Urticaria

目的观察脐疗配合电磁波治疗风寒型荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将入选的120例患者随机分为A、B、C、D四组,分别为A组(脐疗加TDP照射)、B组(脐疗)、C组(TDP照射)、D组(空白组)。各组治疗均隔日1次,2周为一个疗程,连续2个疗程。同时予玉屏风胶囊口服。采用标准计分法评估治疗前与4周后的临床症状积分及临床疗效。结果在改善风团、瘙痒等症状方面A组优于B组、C组、D组;A、B、C、D四组疗法均有疗效,A组疗效优于B组、C组、D组,B组与C组疗效无明显差异。结论脐疗配合红外线照射治疗风寒型荨麻疹的临床疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective o observe the clinical effect of umbilical therapy combined with electromagnetic wave in the treatment of cold urticaria. Methods 120 cases of patients were randomly divided into A group, B group, C group and D group. A group received umbilical therapy and TDP irradiation. B group received umbilical therapy. C group received TDP irradiation. D group was blank control group. The treatment was carried out 1 every other day, 2 weeks was 1 course, and there were 2 consecutive courses. At the same time, they were given oral Yupingfeng capsule. After four weeks of treatment, the curative effects were observed. Results In the aspect of improving the nettle rash, itching and other symptoms, and A group was better than that B group, C group and D group. The curative effect of A group was the best. There was no significant difference between B group and C group on curative effect. Conclusion The umbilical therapy combined with infrared irradiation in the treatment of cold urticaria has definite curative effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
