中西医结合治疗眼眶骨折远期疗效观察

Clinical Observation of the Long-term Effect of Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Orbital Fracture

目的观察红元胶囊用于围手术期眼眶骨折的远期临床疗效。方法眶骨骨折患者80例(80眼)随机分为2组,对照组38例(38眼),术后予甘露醇及地塞米松静点、维生素B1及甲钴胺片口服及对症治疗;治疗组42例(42眼),应用对照组口服药物,于术前及术后3天后加用红元胶囊1.2 g,3次/d口服1个月。观察2组治疗后1周、2周、1个月及1年疗效。结果术后1周两组视力变化无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组总有效率92.86%,对照组总有效率86.84%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后2周治疗组治愈率66.67%,对照组治愈率57.89%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1个月治疗组治愈率为83.33%,对照组为60.53%,χ2=5.2049,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);术后1年治疗组治愈率为90.48%,对照组为78.94%,χ2=2.080,两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论眼眶骨折围手术期中西医结合疗法安全有效,能够缩短术后恢复时间,改善患者视觉质量。

Abstract：Objective To observe the long-term clinical effect of Hongyuan capsule in perioperative orbital fracture. Methods 80 cases （80 eyes） with orbital fracture were randomly divided into control group of 38 cases （38 eyes） and treatment group of 42 cases （42 eyes）. The patients in the control group were given symptomatic treatment, vitamin B1 and a cobalt amine oral, mannitol and dexamethasone intravenous fluids in postoperative. The patients in the treatment group were treated by those methods combined with Hongyuan capsule in the preoperative and postoperative 3days until 1 month after surgery. The clinical effect on postoperative 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month and 1 year were observed. Results The vision of two groups after 1 week postoperative had no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.86% which was higher than 86.84% of the control group, and there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. After 2 weeks, the cure rate of the treatment group was 66.67% which was higher than 57.89% of the control group, and the difference was no statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. After 1 month, the cure rate of the treatment group was 83. 330/0 which was higher than 60.53% of the control group, and the difference wad statistically significant （χ^2= 5. 2049, P 〈 0.05）. After 1 year, the cure rate of the treatment group was 90. 48% which was higher than 78.94% of the control group, but the difference was no significant （χ^2= 2. 080, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of perioperative orbital fracture was safe and effective. It can shorten period of treatment and increase vision.
