中医证候模型建立的若干关键问题思考

Thinking about some key problems in establishing traditional Chinese medicine syndrome model

针对中医证候模型建立的若干关键问题:如何将中医的临床优势转换到基础研究?证候模型建立关注"因"还是"果"?整体指标和微观指标,孰轻孰重?如何整体、综合的评价证候模型?笔者认为,中医治疗外感疾病的基础研究将是中医药证候模型研究的突破口之一;证候模型研究应当更关注对"果"的把控;整体、无创的指标引入将更适合于证候模型的整体药效评价;应当采用多元统计分析可数学表征的证候模型评价模式。这样将有机地将中医临床的有效性和基础研究的创新性联系起来,形成良性循环,从而推动中医药的现代发展。

The author expressed his own opinions on some key problems for establishing traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） syndrome model, such as how to transfer TCM clinical advantages to basic research, which would be focused on in establishing syndrome model, cause or result, which one is important between overall index and microscopic index, and how to evaluate the syndrome model integrally and comprehensively. The author thought that the treatment of exogenous diseases withTCM would be a breakthrough in syndrome model study; the result observation would be paid more attention to in syndrome model investigation; the whole and noninvasive indexes would be more suitable for overall drug efficacy evaluation in syndrome model; the multiple statistical analysis should be used to analyze the mathematical representation of syndrome model evaluation mode. This method will organically connect clinical efficacy of TCM and the innovation of basic research, forming virtuous circulation, so as to advance the modern development of TCM.
