《黄帝内经》成书于唐代的考证研究与分析

Textual research and analysis on the completion time of The Inner Canon of Huangdi in Tang Dynasty

《黄帝内经》作为中医界的经典之作,成书年代一直是学界研究的热点,近人任应秋先生说是"战国至东汉一段时间",郭霭春也基本上同意他的说法。笔者研究发现,从《千金方》《外台秘要》以及在隋朝大业年间主修的《诸病源候论》甚至没有《黄帝内经》的字样,《伤寒论》也未提及《黄帝内经》,只说《素问》九卷,阴阳大论,故而可知,《汉书·艺文志》所谓的《黄帝内经》十八卷早已亡佚。文章通过古代医书成书的情况,藏书的规律,现行版《黄帝内经》的内容与汉代的记载之间的出入等各个角度进行对比分析其亡佚的证据,并得出相关的意见,现行版《黄帝内经》(以虞舜点校《黄帝内经》,江苏科学技术出版社,2008年8月出版的为参考)之成书也应该在唐代。

As the classic of TCM, the time when The Inner Canon of Huangdi formed have been the focus of our study of it, REN Ying-qiu insist that it shaped last a long time from Warring State to Eastern Han Dynasty, and GUO Ai-chun also agree with him.but according to my research that Qianjin Fang, Waitai Miyao and Zhubing Yuanhou Lun which formed in Dayue period Sui-dynasty ever did not refer to The Inner Canon of Huangdi, Shanghan Lun did not refer to The Inner Canon of Huangdi either, but only involve Suwen which include nine volume and discussion on yin-yang, those evidence comes to a result that The Inner Canon of Huangdi which mentioned in Hanshu · Yiwenzhi have been lost. This essay apply kinds of method including studing how medicine books formed how books were preserved and analyze the content in The Inner Canon of Huangdi which are published in nowdays, then come to the conclution that The Inner Canon of Huangdi formed in Tang Dynasty.
