试论中医文化和道文化的关系(一)

Discussion on the relation of TCM culture and Taoism culture

中国历来就有"医道同源""医道相通"的说法。文章对医道同源相通于一观三论进行综述,阐明了道文化为中华之根,中医文化的认识论和方法论,源于道文化的世界观与本体论基础。中医文化就是以道、易文化重点阐述的阴阳五行学说以及天人合一、人天相应的整体观为理法根基。文章梳理了医道文化的理论源流,分别从医、道文化的形成渊源、研究对象和研究目标来阐述二者的关系。孕育文化的地理环境是医、道文化形成的必然条件,医、道文化渊源于圣人传承。圣人通过身心实证而合道顺德,为医道文化的核心缔造者和传承者。

It is said that TCM and Taoism have the same root, as well as TCM and Taoism in harmony in China. This paper demonstrates that Chinese culture roots in Taoism culture. Specifically speaking, the epistemology and methodology of TCM culture originated from the world view and ontology of Taoism culture. Furthermore, it is all known that yin-yang, five phases and harmony of man with nature, the central theory in Taoism culture, gives birth to the TCM culture. In this paper, we explore the relationship between TCM culture and Taoism culture in terms of their theoretical origin, research objects and research purpose. Finally, we conclude that geographic environment is an indispensable factor for the formation of TCM culture and Taoism culture. Additionally, we demonstrate that the reason why the Sage becomes the outstanding contributors and successors is that they conforme to the Taoism culture and finally achieve physical and spiritual enlightenment.
