基于“三因制宜”理论的中医“发物”再认识

New insight into TCM inducing matter from theory of ‘treatment in accordance with three categories of etiological factors'

"发物"学说存在着概念不清、种类混淆等诸多问题。而因人、因时、因地制宜的"三因制宜"理论则体现了中医学的整体观念和辨证论治的核心思想,为历代医家所推崇。文章拟基于"三因制宜"理论对"发物"进行辨证探讨,明确"发物"的内涵及适用范围,以期对中医临床及日常养生保健有所裨益。

The doctrine of ‘Fawu＇ have many problems, such as lack of clear definition and confused kinds of categories. The theory of ‘treatment in accordance with three factors＇ has been highly praised by many ancient medical scholars and it is also the core idea of concept of wholism and treatment based on syndrome differentiation in TCM. This paper is going to talk about ‘Fawu＇ on theory of ‘treatment in accordance with three factors＇, clears its connotation and scope of application, and hopes to benefit to the daily health preservation and TCM clinic.
