针灸治疗胃脘痛选穴规律现代文献研究

Modern literature study on the acupoint selection law of stomachache treated with acupuncture

目的:总结分析针灸治疗胃脘痛现代临床文献的经穴选用规律。方法:对1958年1月至2015年5月中国知网(CNKI)、万方和维普数据库中符合针灸治疗为主或针灸配合其它疗法治疗胃脘痛的相关文献进行检索及梳理,得到相关文献47篇,分析其选穴规律。结果:分析发现足三里、中脘、内关、太冲、胃俞、脾俞和公孙是最常用腧穴;腧穴所属经脉主要集中于足阳明胃经、任脉、足太阳膀胱经、足厥阴肝经和足太阴脾经;选取腧穴主要分布在下肢部、胸腹部和背腰部;特定穴类别选用主要是五输穴、募穴、八会穴和背俞穴。结论:针灸治疗胃脘痛的选穴规律有着循经取穴、分部取穴、辨证取穴和特定穴选用为主的特点。

Objective： To analyze the acupoint selection law of stomachache treated with acupuncture on the foundation of the modern clinical research literature. Methods： The modern clinical research literature about acupuncture treating stomachache were retrieved form the CNKI, Wanfang and Weipu databases from January, 1958 to May, 2015. A total of 47 research literature were selected into this current study to analyze the acupoint selection law of stomachache treated with acupuncture. Results： The results showed that the most common acupoints included Zusanli（ST36）, Zhongwan（CV12）, Neiguan（PC6）, Taichong（LR3）, Weishu（BL21）, Pishu（BL20）, and Gongsun（SP4）. The involvement of channels mainly included the stomach channel of FootYangming, conception channel, the bladder meridian of Foot-Taiyang, the liver channel of Foot-Jueyin and the spleen channel of Foot-Taiyin. These acupoints mainly distributed in the lower limb, chest and abdomen, and back and waist. The specific acupoints mainly selected the five-shu point, front-mu point, eight influential point and back-shu point. Conclusion： The local part selection, followed meridian selection, syndrome differentiation selection and specific acupoint selection were the law of acupiont selection when treating stomachache with acupuncture.
