中医药治疗对老年艾滋病患者生活质量的影响

Effects of traditional Chinese medicine on the life quality of elderly patients with AIDS

目的:了解中医药治疗对老年艾滋病患者生活质量的影响。方法:以河南中医中药治疗艾滋病试点项目地区老年艾滋病患者为研究对象,使用世界卫生组织艾滋病专用生活质量简表调查患者的生活质量,并使用多元线性回归对影响因素进行分析。结果:410例老年艾滋病患者纳入本研究,中医治疗组220例,非中医治疗组190例。中医治疗组患者在生活质量各个领域的得分均高于非中医治疗组。多元线性结果中医治疗组患者生活质量高于非中医治疗组;女性心理领域得分低于男性;无配偶者精神领域和总得分高于有配偶者;除生理领域和环境领域外,其余各领域得分随着抗逆转录病毒疗法(ART)时间延长而降低;文化程度、是否患有贫血和CD4细胞计数未显示出与生活质量得分有关。结论:中医药治疗可以改善老年艾滋病患者的生活质量,性别、婚况、服ART时间对生活质量有影响。

Objective： To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） on the life quality of elderly patients with AIDS. Methods： The elderly patients with AIDS in Henan provincial TCM project were selected into this study. The life quality questionnaire specially designed by WHO for AIDS patients and the multiple linear regression were used to analyze the effects of TCM. Results： A total of 410 cases of elderly AIDS patients were ultimately included into this study, including 220 cases treated by TCM and 190 cases treated by non-TCM. The results of multiple linear regression showed that the life quality treated by TCM was superior to that treated by non-TCM. The score of physiological status in female was lower than that in male. The score of spirituality status in patients without spouse was higher than that in patients with spouse. Except for the physiological and environmental status, the score of life quality questionnaire showed a negative relationship with the treatment of ART. But, it also was demonstrated that the score of life quality questionnaire was irrelevant to the education level, anemia and CD4 cell. Conclusion： TCM could improve the life quality of elderly patients with AIDS, and the effect was also influenced by the sex, marital status and anti-virus therapy.
