摘要
目的:建立黄牛心脏组织中17种氨基酸的含量测定方法。方法:用氨基酸分析仪测定黄牛心脏组织中17种氨基酸的含量(茚三酮柱后衍生化)。结果:在实验的浓度范围内,17种氨基酸线性方程的相关系数(r)均>0.9990。甘氨酸、酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸、精氨酸的平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为100.2%、98.7%、97.6%、98.0%,RSD均<2.0%。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于测定黄牛心脏组织中氨基酸的含量。
Objective: To establish the determination method for the content of 17 types of amino acids in the freezedried cattle heart tissue. Methods: The content of 17 types of amino acids in the cattle heart was detected by amino acid analyzer. Results: The linear equations correlation coefficient(r) of these 17 types of amino acid was more than 0.9990 according to the range of concentration. The rate of average recovery on glycine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, arginine(n=6) were 100.2%, 98.7%, 97.6%, 98.0%, respectively. Meanwhile, RSD were all less than 2.0%. Conclusion: The method was simple and reliable that can be used to determine the content of amino acid in the freeze-dried cattle heart tissue.
